The `My 15 line spacing values` patch allows narrower line spacing to be set from the adjustment slider.
The ePub reader can handle any line spacing, but the KePub reader has problems if the spacing is too narrow.
If you read KePubs and use this patch, then you need to avoid using the very narrow line spacing settings with some fonts. If you only read KePubs, then you might want to disable this patch, or else customise the replacement values to remove the smallest and add some more larger ones.
Note that this is actually a bug in the KePub reader, because if the publisher sets the line spacing too narrow in the book's stylesheet then the same problem occurs. The patch just exposes the bug by allowing you to set the narrow line spacing values from the adjustment slider.
