Won't (legally) be on archive.org, because that follows US copyright law, and the book is still protected by copyright in the US.

Not an ebook, I know, but a quick search on "abebooks.co.uk" shows lots of very cheap paper copies for sale. The previous poster could always buy one and send it to one of the cheap book-scanning services.
