Hello, I've also noticed the cursor shape in vertical scroll bar trouble from 8.0 to last version.
In "book" mode, the cursor doesnt not change to an arrow in the vertical scroll bar. When in "code"mode, the cursor properly change to an arrow.
So, I dont think it is a Qt5 and/or mouse driver problem, as the trouble should not disappear from one display mode to another...
