I find myself reading more on my 9inch Android tablet simply because Overdrive has improved a lot for me because of the added viewing adjustments (parchment background, variable line spacing and margins, etc), there is the ease of borrowing ebooks directly from our local library via the Internet and I mainly read indoors.

I keep the Kindle DXG for my technical library because the size suits PDFs and ebooks with diagrams and the e-ink makes it easy to read on the commuter train.

I always had some dis-satisfaction with my Sony PRS650 solely because of screen size - I find 6inches is too small for my reading enjoyment. When it dies, I will shift completely for leisure reading to the Android tablet.
