They run a lot of promos that aren't even this visible. I'm sure I don't see them all as an associate either, but I assume that some of the deals they run have the big publishers behind them--their daily deal, for example (someone has to be sponsoring that) and then there's the secondary daily deal and various other books they highlight. If and when I get their email (I'm signed up, but I don't seem to get it more than once a month) there are deals in there too. I've seen two facebook ads this week (5 dollar sign up bonus) and...I don't remember the other one. Maybe the contest isn't that popular so they are attempting to reach other readers?
