Got it all figure out now.

On a cart that totals roughly $25 (minimum) after applying:
SAVEOCT15 (20%) + 1015WELEBM (10%) + 1015HBDAY (10%) + 2015SAVE (30%) = 70%

Then applying NTRICKS1 ($8) + JSTTRTS2 ($8) the total savings is roughly 88-89% (which decreases the farther above $25 you go).
