Sigil will save the clipboard history in the Sigil .ini file. If you restart Sigil you can select these entries via Edit > Paste From Clipboard History...
@dragon reader: You can get rid of all of these entries by manually deleting the text after
clipboardringhistory= in the Sigil .ini file or by selecting the entries in the Select Text To Paste dialog box and pressing the Del key. (You'll have to delete each entry separately.)
