added later: Delphi did have one problem a while back (2012?) when they somehow lost the records of all of their customers' accounts, and so past purchases weren't available to download anymore. I had downloaded all of mine, so it didn't affect me, and they have been fine since then, but I remember a few folks were upset at the time.

I bought 3 titles in the Delphi Poets series recently - all good quality and excellent value. I did buy them through Amazon, not directly from Delphi.
