This is production CC on a TAB2

WDC is set for Auto IP (not auto connect)
When you ask CC to connect as a wireless device, CC broadcasts on the network to see what content servers are out there. If more than one answer then CC asks you which server it is to use. The bottom line: if CC asks then *something* on your network is answering. I don't know what and I don't know why, but I am 99.9% sure that CC is being given more than one answer.

Note that when CC does its broadcast it accepts answer from mDNS (zeroconf, or apple whatever-it-is). If there is a machine on your network that has memorized and is repeating a response that no longer exists then CC will give you that response.

The CC content Server aliases CONFIGURATION now has a 3rd entry:calibre wireless device client (on myHostname)

Can I delete that? How please?
Delete the name in the dialog using backspace.
