My status is now "Abholung", meaning that the box has been picked up by UPS if I understand that correctly...^^
So you can now all feel even worse because you I will haven an Iliad tomorrow and you won't...sorry...^^
Honestly people...I can feel you pain. I've been through all those mood changes already, having been following the Iliad development since january...
But look at it like this...today a whole load of people got their "Paid not shipped" status, meaning that there are enough devices for a "second batch" now in Stock (I hope that's what it means) and I really believe that we've seen the worst of it now and it'll be getting better now.
I have to agree somewhat with Riocaz, handling some orders manually, giving preferential treatment and all that is not OK basically, but it's done all the time, only here it is noticed because we all talk to each other at the forums.
I think the main problem has been and is communication, making us think that we were being misinformed...lied to to put it clearly...
The "shipping not chronological" is rubbish as far as I can tell from what i've heard from iRex. It was once again a statement that is very...clumsy...but they didn't dare say "we're treating some customers special" I guess.
Let's see what tomorrow brings, maybe we'll all be very happy campers then.
If not...we'll all head over to the ranting thread...i'll join in whenever i'm not busy playing with my Iliad...^^ (sorry again...^^)
