Decisions, decisions....

So, it's time for a new e-reader. I've been using Kobos since 2011, but I find that tapping/swiping is starting to cause (of all things!) elbow pain when I read on my side in bed. Which is most of my reading time...

I'm wondering what my options are for page turning buttons. Could someone enlighten me to any options beyond the Kindle Voyage? Many of the Kindle features are not beneficial to me since I keep my e-readers in airplane mode and sideload everything. (I like to keep my original files on my computer mand generally have no more than 25 books on the device at once ... too many choices and all that.)

I've been considering the Kobo H2O, despite its cost, because, by gum, I've got a milestone birthday coming up, but I find I'm hesitant because I suspect the added weight will simply add to my repetitive stress pain.

Other requirements: I find I can't live without the front light, and I do so love to be able to choose my own font size (pretty dang large) and font faces.

Any suggestions?
