BTW is the HTML that stalls, Valid, with all pieces now Local?
The .html that I drag and drop into Calibre stays busy for hours with all the content local. When I remove that .html file (and one folder above it, each connected and representing one post) to a different location on the hard drive it quickly converts with no delay which leads me to think it's looking in folders above.

This method of moving works, but it's too time-intensive and defeats the purpose as I could just go to the website and download to instapaper each page (8000+ pages though) and then I'd have it on my Kindle. Are there any other ways to get a subscribe/download a whole site to Calibre bypassing an RSS feed limit?
