That, and the user interface is a huge mess now, since they have just continued to pile features on top of it. If I've been to the store, it now takes me 3 clicks to views my playlists, using buttons in three different locations no less!
iTunes 11 was acceptable, but iTunes 12 is just a GUI designers nightmare. I have no idea what they were thinking when they designed that.
