Happy for Jane as I know she had to spend a lot (before, then above the fundraiser) on the case. But I was hoping for a summary judgment so she'd be publicly vindicated. As it stands, with the settlement being confidential, EC can try to snow authors that they won

I still have no plans to buy EC books going forward until the actually pay their authors. And I just don't see that happening.
