FYI - the Diving Universe novels are written in first person,
present tense. I really wanted to like them - I think the concept sounds interesting. But I just couldn't get past that present tense. To me it always sounds like two teenagers talking ("so, I go into the store and they have this dress to DIE for...." "then my boyfriends says 'BLAH BLAH BLAH'").
And how is it we don't have a "warning Will Robinson" smilie?!
