I'm sure there are minor differences, but nothing major. In theory, the only differences should be spelling/grammar. Maybe a sentence rewritten that ended up not working. But nothing more serious. Of course, with some authors, almost anything can change, including at least one instance where the ending changed, I'm told. But that is extremely rare, and frankly impossible for Lee & Miller. They're consummate professionals.
For Liaden books, I buy the eARC, then buy and read the Audible version when it comes out. And go back and get the "official" version at some point when I'm ready for a re-read.
