There are many informations hidden in this thread.

I got an inkpad too and in comparsion of the frontlight is the inkpad the better one.
But i dont mind.
Yes you can see some uneven splots, but it didnt bother me.
For me is the frontlight acceptable and prefer the i86 over the inkpad because of its software features (my short hardware impression and the pdf settings)
I like the flexebility of the android system and the inkpad had, in my special use cases, some anoying bugs.

Edit: The lowest level of the light is for me acceptable for reading in the dark. Its not as worse as the t68.
