Yes, which is why I applied for HPL card. . A texshare wouldn't do me any good as I don't travel anyway.
Texas residents are eligible for a HPL card. Which I hadn't even known about. I looked at their selection and it is much better than my local.

So Maria needs to do the same application. For the MyLink Card.
