Have you had any further luck with this? I've already troubleshooted what was suggested to you before (signing out and in of Kobo desktop, making sure my Calibre and plug in is all up to date), but the books are still corrupt. They seem to go into Calibre ok but when I try to upload them to my Play account the files are borked. (For comparison, doing a similar process for Kindle books does not produce unreadable files for Play.)
