I made it all the way through. It was various ways of talking pricing and asking if Kobo books were perceived as more expensive than other places. I thought it was too long. The most interesting question for me was whether I always shop for the lowest price and when I find it do I buy there (not necessarily. I was able to write in that if the prices were reasonably close, and I had a gift card, I'd use the gift card). The section on buying with coupons was good and they did ask if I had a library card (yes and at some point I wrote in that I used it for most of the popular/expensive books and that I no longer buy those anywhere).
