You can use a fake email (or rather, a throwaway email) to create an Amazon account, too. No need to setup payments on a Kindle, either.
I was trying to be helpful, that is all. Lately it seems what ever I post on any thread is derided.

I had no idea Amazon allows registration using a fake email address but that is useful to know so thank you for that information.
