I have an unregistered KV so don't have cloud access or collections.

I want to be able to mark a book as read on my Kindle Voyage. I'd love to be able to put read books in a separate collection but that doesn't seem to be possible without registering. I have Calibre but don't see a way to do it there either.

I don't find the reading progress dots useful because they get reset at times, and are hard to read at a glance.

Any suggestions?

p.s. It really annoys me when a product is intentionally crippled like the KV is with collections. If there's no way for me to manage eBooks without registering it I'll just find another ereader that's more user-friendly and sell the KV.
