I don't know whether they intended to do another pass at editing, or what. I assume the question marks are supposed to mean something.
Oddly enough, I found this part strange:

1) Grand Prize trip for two (2) to winner's choice of three (3) locations: South America, Europe or the South Seas; approximate value is CAD $11,000 - $13,800.

South America? That covers a large area. A REALLY large area. Europe??? Which part? Any old country? Of my choice...or, gulp, theirs? South Seas? On the Sea itself or an island? Or a particular resort or just air drop me in?
