Will this software jailbreak allow one to downgrade to a previous firmware the same way you'd be able to with serial access? Running 5.6.5 but eventually want to run 5.4.4.2. I've got a ripped TX pad on my serial port on a PW2 that was an impuse purchase recently (on an unrelated note - anyone here know of any other suitable attachment points? - see my other thread if you like) but thankfully my KV is also sporting a serial port jailbreak so I'm not missing anything.

I'd be willing to test it on my KV and report the results, as I know that I could debrick if something unexpected occured, if you'd like to shoot it my way. Not sure that I'd be willing to take a chance on the PW2 though until it is fully released and confirmed working, since I don't have serial access on that one - for now.

I'm glad I finally signed up for this forum. I've been reading for a couple of years now - maybe longer, and have jailbroken a few kindles and rooted a Sony as well with the information I've obtained. Looking to give back to the community.
