Oh gosh I'm sorry !!! I did not mean for anyone to follow my example, I just wanted to say that sometime, the update is already there, waiting somehow to be installed...

I really hope I did not cause you a lot of trouble, so sorry for that

I am in Europe most of the time but have subscriptions in the US because I am there quite often too, and my Fire did not like me going from one continent to another much. It worked fine with the european subscriptions in Europe and the american ones in the US, but it was a different stories when trying to use onleihe in the US or hoopla in Europe. Now (in Europe) it all works fine, I just left the US so I'll have to wait for my next trip to see how onleihe works over there.
