If someone does have ADE installed and the email for the Adobe ID it's authorized with is different then their B&N email, they may have trouble logging in to Nookstudy. The original version of Nookstudy required you to sign in with both. Later versions dropped the Adobe ID login, but apparently there's still something lurking in the code.

As far as I know, Nook for PC/Mac never had that issue, but they're still pretty buggy.
