People often do think they know what they are talking about. People are often mistaken in this. In this case the person is paid to talk as if they know what they are talking about, which is a further complication.
In particular, 'already launched, but due to high demand is not available to the public' makes no sense for something that has never had a product listing. So forgive me if I disregard this 'information'.
