There is a website I flawlessly browse with the "Experimental Browser", I'd like to browse it also while offline hence I downloaded the full website using HTTrack, I read that Calibre can convert an html page to mobi but what about converting a whole folder with sub-directories each with some html file?

I have something like:
Main folder
Index.html
-> Guide 1
some.html
-->sub guide 1
some more html
-> Guide 2
-> Guide 3

etc etc

Is it possible to "pack" the folder tree structure and obtain an ebook from it? Or maybe a lightweight PDF of each page with working intra-linking.
