This particular part is the one that confuses me. In 3, do I unzip the firmware downgrade (in this case 3.12) on the .Kobo directory of only the Aura (then do not do anything on my backup, which includes the current .Kobo directory with firmware 3.18) or do I unzip it both on the device and the backup I created and then restore that backup after doing the reset?
