hi. I would recommend onyx boox m96. I have it also. it is really good for textbooks. just because you can zoom page and use navigation mode. ipad also good idea, but it is just your choice due to eye strain. I cant use led displays so much due to this. but onyx boox m96 and sony dpt s1 is really good for our pdfs. dpt s1 is too expensive , I think. go for onyx
