I tried it and of course it works... That doesn't help finding the issue here. Can you see if there is a file ePUBToolsSRRules.xml in the directory %appdata%\Toxaris? That file is new and should be created if you choose another rules document and either save the settings or enter the rules maintenance. If that file is not there, it might give me a clue.
