I've noticed that if I switch my country, books I've bought that aren't available in my current location no longer appear in my library. This would be a pain in the neck to remember if for some unforeseen reason, I had to try to reconstruct my library. I'm not at risk (knock wood), but I'm just reinforcing your advice to download the books soonest.
