Not only the books, just everything, but be aware that when you downgrade to far the database file "might" be not supported (until now reverting to 3.15 works without problems,never tried to go back more then that.)
So all directory's and subdirectory's and all files in it,then you have your covers,databases,books,settings.. etc..
