I usually feel that way about Kobo's lists but I'm addicted to mysteries so this list was aimed right at me.
There's a fifteen dollar book available that I've had on my wish list, just waiting for a good coupon at Kobo or a significant price drop at Amazon. That's worth the 6.50 (with coupon) I paid for the VIP membership.
There would have been more to choose from but I already owned eight books on the list.
