A call to CS said the book was not available in Washington but was available in New Jersey. Since when did states get geo-restrictions says I? Since always says CS rep.
A couple more tries and I got the book in my cart with the promo code applied, but it didn't work. I copied the code from the URL like you did (thanks), applied it, and finally got the book in my geo-restricted state. This promo has bugs that need to be worked out.
Audible is such a pain to work with. It's hard to believe that they're an Amazon company.
