Oh, this is hilarious! Yes, I totally agree about Sherlock. He's such a know it all. Reminds me of my brother.

I also think Jack Reacher would be kind of annoying. You'd invite him over for dinner, but never know if his 3 days in town was up! Gone, like the wind.

Then there are those characters I'd like to meet. But wouldn't necessarily want them to hang around. Mama Hog from Frank Tuttle's Markhat books. Is she really that strange? And does the bird rattle thing she carries around smell bad because it's been called a "Dead owl or whatever" and things like that. But I'd kind of like to meet her. Once.

Agreed on the Stephanie Plum--NO, you cannot borrow my car. In fact, do not stand too close to it!!!

I would enjoy meeting Vicky Bliss (Elizabeth Peters is the author) and Amelia Peabody. What a load of fun that would be!!!
