The next time he could put the files he doesn't want processed into a "hidden" folder. A hidden folder is one that starts with a dot/period like ".library". To make one in windows just name the folder with a dot both before the name and after it - ".Library." and the trailing dot will disappear, leaving you with the ".Library" hidden folder you want.
