As a business owner, I'd get rid of customers who cost me money, too. I do, in fact. Matt
I would hope that as a business owner you at least look at why a customer is returning items and if it's a certain type of product take a long hard look at what you are selling.
The letters are polite but they contain a hostile threat and blatant lies. No one is looking at my account, nobody is at all interested in 'understanding' my returns. The letters are simply a warning and a threat. If that is how you would treat your customers then I would not shop with you.
And as for Amazon it's not as simple as you like to point out. They control my access to thousands of pounds of digital purchases that they could remove at a whim and I can not even appeal their decsison. Do you really think I would be so stupid as to risk that with returning items I ordered and wanted without just cause?
I haven't dismissed what you've said, nor anyone else on this thread. Yes I do need to stop shopping with Amazon, their quality control is crap as we have all seen with the devices. That is something I can control, its my past purchases that are the issue. That has always been the issue.
