I have a question? How many of the returns were actual Amazon buys? How many were 3rd party? IF most were 3rd party I point that out to Amazon in the email. In the future stick to Amazon Only! 3rd party to me means Amazon Should be checking out the Sellers Not the Buyers!

Most were third party although one of the most expensive returns was the Fire Keyboard which was faulty. Amazon have designed it so instead of a switch to turn Bluetooth on and off it has a button you press that lights up to connect but you can't see the light as your finger is hiding it. Half the time it lost connection and was a bugger to reconnect and after two weeks it just wouldn't connect at all. It's very badly designed.
