Account Specialists are a special secret department in Amazon that only respond by emails and even then the emails are always vague. If you call or try to chat with the regular support they will tell you they can't discuss those matters with you to email the address. It's frustrating but that is just how it is.
Your best bet is to respond to the email and when you see it's getting no where contact Jeff's office forwarding all the communications so they can look into it and give you a better answer.
