You are right, it was UPort_1100. All other settings and connections set-up are correct. It is Voyage from Amazon.
I think it is my mistake, I didn't pay attention that device has TTL level 1.8V Serial interface.
It looks like device and serial int. still alive. I'm going to try RS232 to TTL 1.8 converter.
