Sure, but Sergey's Kobolauncher and the Frotz program should not interfere with the stock software. All you would need to do is to delete the "vlasovsoft" folder to remove them both.

P.S.; Calling the addon software "Hacks" or "Mods" is a stretch, for the most part they do not touch the original code at all. They run inside their own code structure, except for a tiny bit to intercept the startup, so that the addon programs can be selected. Now your Offline WiKi install looks like it includes a good deal of "hacking".
