Trudi Canavan's Thief's Magic has magic driven clockwork like mechanics but I'm only on chapter 3 so can't say how it'll fall yet. Fantasy and not the pulp adventure sort of feel I lump in with steampunk.

Been waiting for that Butcher book since it was announced. Sanderson's next novel is out in mid-Oct and is set in an early industrial future of his Mistborn world. High adventure, motorcars, guns, no clockworks so the setting may fall into more of the flintlock fantasy category.
