I have stuck at 186 pounds (84Kg) for some time now. It is in the upper bounds of "normal" weight for my height and bone structure, but I would really like to be nearer to 168 pounds (76Kg), which would mean I'd be "slim"

. I don't overeat, often only having two smallish meals a day, but my Achilles heel is the red wine (and occasional beer) which piles on the calories. I know what the answer is, but the willpower is not there at the moment.
