usually ebay and ifixit is a good place to look for spare parts, however for all kobo devices there's nothing really interesting to find there. if you really were to try to replace it i'd buy a defect device where it's claimed that the display is still fine. However it's always some kind of gamble...
I highly support anyone who were to repair rather than just throw away and buy new, but for these devices the first options is very limited....
