That is not what Amazon CS is supposed to do. They're supposed to make the customer happy, but also to not give out information that they are not authorised to give out.

Amazon clearly had a CS scripted answer for question about new Kindles at the start of September, and now they have a CS answer for questions about new PW/Voyage.
