Well in addition to the movies, you also get Prime Music library, so free streaming. You also get a free pre-release e-book once a month from a selection of 4-6 books. And you can check out one e-book a month from the Kindle Owners Lending Library (you have to have an eInk Kindle or one of the Fire tablets to take advantage of that though, Fire phone might count, not sure).
If you take advantage of all of that even occasionally, it pays for itself. And the free two day shipping is very, very nice.
