At Harlequin.com I was awarded the regular puchase price as part of my order with the coupons for one of the "special offer" titles listed on the website. So I emailed them and I was awarded the 5000 points. When I purchased Keeper's Reach and Heat Exchange at Kobo, I submitted the receipt and was awarded just the extra points. I was told the special offer was the full amount.

So I guess it depends.

So if anyone purchased one of the special titles directly at Harlequin and wasn't awarded the points, be sure to email them.
