I've been trying to find a different one, but it's hard to know what to look for in the description when my main criteria is "does not fall out of my ear when I'm walking or smiling."
I bought a set of JAM Transit Mini Wireless Sport Earbuds (from Target), and *those* stay in my ears. However, after the third or fourth time, they only work for a very short time before they shut off. The walk between my car and my desk at work is 8 - 11 minutes (depending how far out in the parking lot I am) and they seem to only last about two minutes or so.
Right now, I'm using regular corded Sony earbuds (from Kohls) because they are reliable.
I'm following this thread, because I would really like to just have a one ear bluetooth headset, but I don't know how to make sure it will stay in my ear before I buy it. I tend to buy my earbuds because I need them Right Now and it might be I'm just shopping in all the wrong places.

Well I'm a big fan of a clip on bluetooth dongle and normal earphones the Samsung HS3000 I use now for everything media, music calls and it does a good job with the battery I would estimate I probably get 6 to 8 hours with it depending on the volume was actually a really nice little device for the price.
The plantronics m50 wasn't bad either as far as batterylife went and I never really had any issues with it falling off (has a plastic hook that hooks over the ear), in fact it's pretty easy to forget it's there completely my only real issues with it was it being one ear only and it was pretty quiet even at it's maximum volume.
I'm a big fan of bluetooth toys I've always wanted to go crazy and buy a really high end set of headphones like
these although I can't really justify it as it's just a lot of money for headphones. Also bought myself a Bose Soundlink Mini 2 speaker recently which has really impressed me with it's audio.
