You don't understand. My books DO show up under "my content and devices" and I AM ABLE to download them from the cloud. I don't have a problem with that, and I never have had a problem with that. Can you show me where I said I DID have a problem DOWNLOADING MY BOOKS FROM THE CLOUD?
